Home County Raffle!

Blueberry guitar

It's warming up outside and here at Home County we know that means July is practically right around the corner.  Before we get to the festival itself though, we are very excited to announce our first raffle!  This is a raffle to raise money to support the Home County Folk League and it’s activities year-round.  The raffle runs until the last night of the festival, July 22nd at 8 p.m., when we will draw the winning ticket.  There are only 400 tickets available and they are going to sell quickly!

What could you win?  The Grand Prize is the Blueberry Guitar pictured here.  It is valued at approximately $4000 and is a beautiful, one-of-a-kind instrument.

The next prizes are:

$500 in London Downtown Dollars valued at $500

Two 3-month YMCA memberships valued at $340

Two subscriptions for the Karen Schuessler Singers valued at $110.

Tickets are $20 each or 3 for $50.  We will have the raffle tickets on hand at our upcoming Spring Art Exhibit and Sale.  Click here for all the details of that event.  Paul Mills, our Board Chair (and recent Order of Canada inductee) will play this gorgeous guitar for us at the opening reception on March 13th at 7 p.m.  Come to the Arts Project to see and hear the guitar and buy your tickets for the raffle!
