2017 Craft Vendor applications are now being accepted! 

Dear Craft Artisan,
 

Home County Music and Art Festival continues to be London’s longest running, volunteer-run festival, providing a great summer weekend of Canadian arts and crafts, excellent music programming, delicious food and a delightful family/children’s area. The reputed high standard of Home County continues to attract many returning and new patrons who enjoy Home County in our lovely Victoria Park in the Heart of London, on the 3rd weekend in July. Hope you will too.


We invite you to apply now to participate in the 44th Home County Festival, July 14-16, 2017​. Exhibitors are selected by a jury of the Home County Folk League from numerous submissions. New exhibitors are requested to submit photos of their work or connect us to their website for jurying purposes.

The 2017 Booth Fees are:

  • $480 (10 x 10) and $530 (20 x 10)

Preferred method of payment is E-transfer to ​info@homecounty.ca

I​f paying by cheque, ​please make payable to Home County Folk League. ​Booth fees for successful applicants are not refundable under any circumstance. There will be a $25 administrative charge for any cheques returned for insufficient funds.

The vendor package ​includes an electrical hookup, one parking pass for either Kiwanis lot adjacent to the park, vendor support through booth sitting, morning coffee and daily refreshments. Exhibitors may arrange for a City of London Trailer Permit if they require storage behind their tent during festival hours (Click here for link.)

 

Vendor Guidelines:​

  • Only approved items may be sold. All work shown MUST be the original creation of the exhibitor. Work made from kits or manufactured will not be allowed and no imported products may be sold by Juried Craft Artisans.
  • Exhibitors must provide their owns displays, booths, chairs, tables and CSA approved lights, extension cords, etc.
  • Tents must be of fire retardant material and all structures of sound construction, able to withstand inclement weather and present no danger to life or health.

 

All vendors must provide proof of 2 million dollars public liability and property damage insurance ​as part of the application – with Home County Folk Festival listed as an “additional insured” on their policy. You are requested to provide the insurance certificate for our records.

Please complete the application form fully completed and signed, ​along with making your payment for booth space.

Keep a copy for your records. Your signature on these forms indicates your agreement to the terms and conditions governing participation in the Festival.

Rental fee based on dimensions and date of payment:

Early Bird Pricing available until Feburary 15, 2017 - 10x10 @ $380 and 20x10 @ $430

Regular Rate until May 15, 2017 - 10x10 @ $430 and 20x10 @ $480

Late fee of an additional $50 will be added after May 15, 2017

I understand and agree that all forms must be submitted to and approved by the appropriate regulatory agencies and copies forwarded to the Home County Folk League before June 30 2017. Failure to do so immediately invalidates my Application and will result in forfeiture of all fees paid.

I have read and understood the Rules and Regulations and agree to be bound by them. I understand that Festival Management reserves the right to change or alter any Rule or Regulation at any time, at its sole discretion, and that no such change or alteration will invalidate any other obligation of the Vendor herein.

I further understand and agree that failure to comply with any Rule or Regulation described herein, or which may be communicated to me prior to or during the Festival, may result in sanctions, up to and including immediate termination of occupancy, forfeiture of Rental Fees, levying of such other expenses and costs as League Management deems appropriate in its sole discretion, and refusal to accept Application to future Festivals.
