We assist many International students adjusting to life in London including helping them find: community involvement, housing, furnishings, food, etc., as well as mental/emotional and spiritual support, through qualified counselling as well as using fellow international students involvement in these endeavours as well.

Phoenix T'ai Chi
The Phoenix T'ai Chi Centre was founded in London, Ontario by Gloria Jenner in 1988. Gloria has been studying T'ai Chi and Qigong since 1980. Gloria and her staff teach Yang Style T'ai Chi, T'ai Chi Sword and Qigong.
T'ai Chi applies the power of fluidity to easing one's daily life. Qigong applies the power of visualization to healing the body.
Both of these exercises apply meditation to relaxing the mind and reducing physical, emotional and spiritual stress.

Save A Family Plan supports impoverished families living in India through a sponsorship program that allows them to start their own small business initiative, leading to self-sufficiency in six years. Village projects include: clean water access, food security, disaster management, building latrines, educating students and construction of decent housing.
