Community vendors are organizations, businesses, and groups that participate in the festival to connect, educate, promote, or raise awareness, rather than primarily selling food or handmade goods.

This category is ideal for:

Community Vendor Application for Home County Music & Art Festival 2026

The Home County Music & Art Festival is returning to Victoria Park on Friday, July 24, 2026, and Saturday, July 25, 2026.

As London's longest-running volunteer-run festival, Home County has built a strong reputation for celebrating music, arts, and community. This milestone 50th anniversary event will bring together thousands of attendees for a vibrant weekend in the heart of the city. 

If you are looking to promote your organization, share resources, or engage directly with the public in a high-traffic festival setting, we encourage you to apply.

Community Vendor Fees and Payment Information

Community vendor pricing will be shared as part of the application process. 

A limited number of reduced-rate spaces may be available for qualifying non-profit and charitable organizations. 

Payment can be made through the application by credit card.

Community Vendor Guidelines

Community vendor booths are intended to be interactive and engaging, offering opportunities to connect with festival attendees through conversation, education, or demonstrations. 

Vendors are responsible for providing their own tents, tables, signage, and display materials. All setups must be safe, secure, and suitable for outdoor festival conditions. 

Community vendor spaces are not designed for full-scale retail or food service operations. All vendors must comply with applicable local regulations and festival requirements. 

Insurance Requirements for Home County Music & Art Festival Vendors

All vendors must provide proof of $2 million in public liability and property damage insurance as part of the application, with Home County Folk League listed as an “additional insured” on the policy. 

Additional documentation or permits may be required. Entry to the park is not permitted without appropriate insurance coverage.
