Food Vendor Application for Home County Music and Art Festival 2025
The Home County Music & Art Festival is returning to Victoria Park on Friday, July 24, 2026, and Saturday, July 25, 2026.
As London's longest-running volunteer-run festival, Home County has consistently set the standard as a premier showcase of Canadian Roots Music and a carefully curated selection of arts and crafts exhibits.
If you operate a food truck, tent, or stand and are looking to be part of a high-traffic, well-loved community event, we encourage you to apply today.
Please note: Submission of this application does not guarantee participation. Successful applicants will be contacted with a Space Rental Agreement.
Home County Food Vendor Fees and Deadlines

Food Vendor Guidelines and Rules
All vendors must review and adhere to the Home County Food Vendor Rules and Regulations, which outline space setup, waste management, safety procedures, and health compliance. We also encourage you to review the City of London Special Events Administrative Procedures Manual to support your planning and ensure full compliance with local regulations.
Insurance Requirements for Home County Music & Art Festival Vendors
All vendors must provide proof of 2 million dollars public liability and property damage insurance as part of the application, with Home County Folk League listed as an “additional insured” on their policy. You are requested to provide the insurance certificate for our records with application and payment. Entry to the park is not permitted without insurance.
Final Reminders and Application Submission
Please keep a copy of your application for your records. Your signature on these forms indicates your agreement to the terms and conditions governing participation in the Home County Music & Art Festival.
